''HAPPINESS''
What is HAPPINESS?
HAPPINESS is a good quality of every living being.
The real expect of every living being is to be happy, to be HAPPY everybody is working on its own field.
(The used words he, she, it, they, you, etc. are not denoting to any specific gender.)
At the scale of happiness people are of two types.
1) One who always live happy without any reason, for them there is no condition to be happy.
2) And second who always have conditions to be happy.
Conditions are like that-
When I complete my school/college, then I will be HAPPY.
When I get a well job then I will be HAPPY.
When I get govt. job then I will be HAPPY.
When I get car then I will be HAPPY.
When I get marry then I will be HAPPY.
When I get child then I will be HAPPY.
etc.
But for them HAPPINESS never comes. For be HAPPY, there should not be any condition because for this case conditions means you are measuring this with your comforts.
Is WEALTH a good source to be HAPPY?
Yeah! it could be, but many of the person who always have a choice, that is, when they have enough money they will be HAPPY then, but nothing happens like that. because money completes your wishes not your HAPPINESS. For further your wishes takes a huge state then your comfort starts and never brakes.
Are the poor HAPPY?
Yeah! it could be, but only when they never thought that the money is the restriction of their HAPPINESS.
To be HAPPY we should have only the intention that is be HAPPY always.
WHO IS POOR?
NO ONE IS POOR, I'VE A SERVEY, BY WHICH I CLARIFY THAT NO ONE AT THE LEVEL OF VILLAGE IS POOR.
SOMEBODY WHO DON'T HAVE THE BASIC SOURCES TO SERVIVE THEIR LIFE, WE CAN SAY, ''THEY COULD BE THE POOR.''
BASIC SOURCES (WATER TO DRINK ,FOOD TO EAT, HOME TO SHELTER, FAMILY TO LIVE WITH THEM ETC.
THESE ARE THE SCALES AT WHICH WE CAN FIND WHO IS REAL POOR.
BUT IN THE MOSTLY VILLAGEs EVERYBODY IS HAPPY EXCEPT SOME, WHO HAVE NOT THE FACILITY OF THESE SOURCES.
Total conclusion is that-
HAPPINESS never depends on WEALTH or POVERTY.
It only depends on them(living being) who have the sense to be HAPPY.
People should have intention to be HAPPY at every condition.
When do we thought?, we are not HAPPY.
When we goes towards luxuries or thought about the luxuries and never find out how to gain it or don't get it, means we are going to be UNHAPPY.
Generally we thought that luxury is our HAPPINESS but we are totally wrong.
Because comfort is very short period to be HAPPY.
The scales at which we can say someone is HAPPY.
1) Who have a nice health.
2) Who have a nice family.
3) Who have such wealth by which they can afford their basic needs.
4) Who have good relations with their relatives.
5) Who don't has more expectations.
6) Who have the sense to be HAPPPY.
7) Who know what are their real HAPPINESS.
How could be we HAPPY? ( Is there any way by which we could be HAPPY?)
1) FAITH
Do faith in someone, because when we feel anxiety, our faith works this time also we can go to it.
2) Should have only an intention that is, be HAPPY in every condition.
Because your intention helps you to be happy in every dilemmas.
"No matter how many difficulties come, but the HAPPINESS of the face never goes away."
3) Life is not so long, nobody knows who is here till how long, so try to face every situation with HAPPINESS.
4) INTEREST
Find your interest where it is exist and work with interest and see your HAPPINESS is at your door.
5) EXPLORE PLACES
Go and explore new places this will help you to be HAPPY. This world is so beautiful to explore it, so get out of your home and find your HAPPINESS in this world.
Spend your time for a walk in the green spaces, this will help lower blood pressure and depression.
The nature is so beautiful, do meditate in this nature.
6) HELP
Do help to helpless, do help to whom, who really need a help, maybe this could give you the sense to be HAPPY.
7) PEOPLE'S THOUGHT
Don't think about people, what they think about you, this is the problem of most of the humans, don't think so. Just focus on yourself.
8) SMILE
We smile because we are HAPPY and smiling causes the brain to release dopamine, which makes us happier.
9) EXCERCISE
Regular exercise can help to reduce stress, anxiety, frustration and symptoms to depression.
Get up early in the morning and go for a walk at least 3 kms, and after dinner too.
Do Yoga.
10) FINE SLEEP
Take a fine sleep that is very helpful for good health, brain function and emotional well-being.
11) FOOD
Eat healthy food like Carbohydrates, Pulse, Fresh vegetables, milk, cheese and beans etc.
But at its right time.
12) GIVE A COMPLIMENT
To give compliment is beneficial for both, who is taking compliment feels good with you and after seeing his HAPPINESS you will also feel better.
